What Keystone does

Keystone is run by Erdem Arslan and Joseph Varghese. It helps you compare published prices, ratings and availability at private clinics and passes your appointment requests to them. Keystone is not a healthcare provider and doesn't give medical advice.

The clinic provides your care and is responsible for it. Your appointment, payment and cancellation are agreed between you and the clinic.

Prices and availability

Prices, ratings and availability come from clinics' own websites and other public sources, and are indicative. The clinic confirms the exact price and time when you book. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking until the clinic accepts it.

Using the site

• Give accurate details when you ask for an appointment.
• Only post reviews of clinics you have used, in your own words.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by sending automated requests or false bookings.

We can remove reviews or block requests that break these rules.

Sponsored listings

Clinics can't pay to change their position in our results. Any paid placement is shown separately and labelled as sponsored.

Our responsibility

We work to keep information on Keystone accurate but can't guarantee it. We are not responsible for the care a clinic provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Privacy, changes and law

How we use your data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated 22 October 2026.
